Vacancy Available are:
Safety & Security Officer
§ Education minimum SPM, STPM/Diploma and computer literate
§ 3 to 5 years working experience in the service or related industry.
§ Able to work in shift, physically fit and good command of BM and English.
§ Age between 25 to 40 years
§ No Known criminal records
§ Medical fir - medical checkup, perfect hearing condition and not colour blind
§ Ability to supervised SP and work in a team spirit environment and comply with companies' rules and regulation.
Job Description:
To ensure compliance of company security regulations and procedures.
To be responsible for the security of the entire company premises and tenants' safety.
Maintaining by ensuring that the CCTV equipment is in good working order
Maintaining the CCTV Incident Log Entry by recording details of occurrences and action taken.
Monitor the Fire Control.
Protecting others against risk to safety and security in connection to threats.
Responsible for CC Operation through :
Registration and issuance of entry passes to visitors/vendors who have dealings
Enforce the Key Control Procedures - issue to authorized personnel only. Inventories must be carried out at every change in position.
Registration and issuance of entry passes to visitors/vendors and contractors who have dealings.
Develop and train all security personnel.
Handling all incidents of security breaches.
Assist tenant, attend to inquiries and Incident in need of assistance.
To inform incidents to respective shift leader.
Screen all incoming items, parcels, package etc to determined their validity and safety. Ensure that all out-going packages are only allowed when accompanied by authorized documents issued and approved by Heads of Department.
Security Supervisor
§ Education minimum SRP
§ Working experience minimum 3 years
§ Able to speak, write and read English and B. Malaysia
§ Age between 25 to 40 years
§ Able to work on rotation shift
§ No Known criminal records
§ Medical fir - medical checkup, perfect hearing condition and not colour blind
§ Ability to supervised SP and work in a team spirit environment and comply with companies' rules and regulation.
Job Description:
Scheduling and monitoring of security personnel's duties both internal & external and master job assignment.
Instill the highest level of security awareness and discipline amongst security personnel.
Develop and train all security personal.
Handling all incidents of security breaches.
Maintaining by ensuring that the CCTV equipment is in good working order.
Maintaining the CCTV Incident Log Entry by recording details of occurrences and action taken.
Responsible for Command Centre Operation and to maintain sufficient SPs at all the post.
To register the Darwell Alarms and tenants default complains in the Incident Log and informing the appropriate department of the alarms and default complains.
Responsible for Command Centre Operation and to maintain sufficient SPs for respective shift.

§ Make periodic patrolling from time to time the surrounding building, perimeter, examining doors, windows those they are properly secured.
§ Ensure verification of all visitors and contractors entering the premises.
