Executive - Customer Accounts Relations
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:
* Ensure that billings, reminders, termination and loan documentation are carried out in accordance
  with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
* Ensure timely billings, collection and loan documentation to achieve the Departmental targets.
* Liaise with purchasers to apply for loan and to complete the loan documentation as per Dept target.
* Liaise with solicitor and end-financier to expedite loan approval and loan documentation for early disbursement
  and for due progress payment.
* Ensure that all the data in the IFCA system is accurate and close account on a timely basis during month end.
* Prepare and check the month end report.
* Identify and discuss with superior on problem/outstanding cases and how to resolve them.
*Identify and discuss with superior on the problems encountered in the IFCA system

Requirements:
* Degree in any discipline
* 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field, experience in Property Development industry would
  be an added advantage
* Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication and anaytical skills
* Good command of English and Mandarin, spoken and written
* Good command of Korean language is a MUST
* Able to work independently
* Computer Literate

SALES EXECUTIVES
(Selangor - Kapar)

Responsibilities:
* Promote products to contractors, distributors, developers and consultants;
* Keep abreast with competitors’ activities, service distributors, expand existing
  and new networks for maximum coverage;
* Adapt and work in a very competitive environment and meet targets.

Requirements:
* Good selling and communication skills. Interact with consultants, developers,
  contractors and distributors;
* Minimum 2 years selling experience preferably in building materials;
* Own transport and willing to travel.

PRODUCTION EXECUTIVES
(Selangor - Kapar, Klang)

Responsibilities:
* Ensure proper and efficient operations, plan, implement, communicate and lead
  a team of experienced staff;
* Enhance cost controls and productivity, minimising down time, wastage etc;
* Oversee discipline, housekeeping and safety practices adopted;
* Coordinate and to work independently.

Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with few years
  experience in a manufacturing environment;
* Strong analytical problem solving skills;
* Good organisation skills and able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
