Customer Service Professional - AU Call Center (Kuala Lumpur - TPM)
Responsibilities:
* Respond to policyholders enquiries offering appropriate solutions and information
* Handle calls and casework for services such as lost luggage, lost documents, legal &
medical referrals and medical evacuations
* Provide general policy information (such as verification and limits of coverage), claims information
and renewal information to customers and vendors
* Schedule and make follow-up calls on complex cases to customers
* Liaise with vendors, involved third-parties and family members
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree preferred, or 2 years equivalent work experience in the service industry
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
* Ability to reason and solve complex problems
* Excellent interpersonal, telephone and computer skills
* Oral and written communication proficiency
* AU Call Center working experience preferred
* Ability to work flexible shifts

* Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation
* To maintain fixed asset register
* Assist in treasury and cash flow management
* Process and monitor staff advances & claims and prepare reconciliation at month end
* To assist in preparation of various month-end report & analysis
Requirements:
* Posses a Professional Degree / Diploma in Accountancy/ CIMA/ ACCA/Finance or equivalent
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience.
* Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu communication skills (both written and oral)
* Strong problem solving skills
* Self motivated, quick learner and ability to work together in a team environment
* Ability to see a task through from assignment to completion with minimal supervision
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word
Accounts Assistant (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* To process and maintain computerized accounts receivable & payable systems
* To prepare reconciliations at each month end
* To assist in preparation of various reports
* To maintain control over office expenses
* General filing and administration and assist in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
* Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

Software Engineer - Hyperion (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* Designs, develops and supports financial modeling and forecasting applications in Windows environments
using Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft SQL Server and VB/VBA
* Manages application upgrades, including process planning, execution, system integration/interfacing,
upgrade maintenance, and post-implementation review
* Assists Users to develop financial reports and dashboards in Windows environments using Cognos builder
and Hyperion Essbase
* Ensures adequate quality control and compliance with SOX requirements for responsible IT systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems.
* 3-5 years experience in Hyperion Essbase support and development
* Experience in Cognos Report / Dashboard development and support highly preferred
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin required.
* Prior work experience in life insurance industry is an advantage.
* The position is based in Malaysia but periodic travel to Hong Kong may be required.
Business Processing Associate - Life Insurance Policy Servicing Team (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Computer literate (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Process policy changes input within stipulated target
- Train and guide junior members
- Based in Cyberjaya
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Life Insurance.

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or IT Related Qualification with minimum 7 years experience in managing medium
to large scale IT projects
• System Administrator for OS390, OS400, HP-UX, SunOS, AIX, Wins2000, Network and middleware technology.
Database Administrator for Oracle, Sybase, Informix and MSSQL
