CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK (SHAH ALAM)
(Selangor - Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:
* Attend to customer calls with proper courtesy, promptly and manners
* Arrange any incoming documents systematically
* Attend to indoor walk-in customers for service
* Assist in warranty card monitoring and ensuring all documents keyed in accordingly
* Handle customer service complaints and ensuring proper action have been taken
* Handle customer enquiries and ensuring the customers are satisfied
* Conducting customer service survey to gauge customer satisfaction level
* Assist the customer service coordinator in allocation of service jobs
* Assist in improving the process of the customer service department to ensure continuous
  improvement in the department
* Monitoring stock control in service department

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma,
  Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or
  Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management,
  Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
