Accounts Executive - (Selangor - Seri Kembangan)

We own 6 in-house brands & 3 international brands of USA & Paris; they are Snails, Chargers Outfitter,
Snails & Sons, DEK, BIEM, CGO STAR, JEEP, PEPSI & FERAUD.

Due to the aggressive expansion of the company, we invite suitably qualified and dynamic individuals to join us as:

Accounts Executive
(Selangor - Seri Kembangan)

Responsibilities:
* Handle daily accounting activities, banking matters and full set of accounts
* To ensure timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, cashflow and
   management reports
* Responsible in the preparation of monthly & quarterly report, annual budget forecast, taxation
   and audited report
* Prepare monthly and yearly Cash Flow forecast
* Maintain records and reports in accordance to accounting standards/rules/regulations
* Liaison with auditors, tax agents, secretarial agents, lawyers and bankers on Company
   accounting matters
* Close supervision and monitoring of credit control and debt collection process
* Implement & refine internal control procedure
* Reconciliation of debtors statement
* Update of debtors ageing
* Budgeting
* Assist in planning and execution of ad-hoc project

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Computer literate : Accounting, Costing, Microsoft Excel, Word and CG accounting software is an added advantage
* Required languages: Chinese, English
* Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently
